Meet Crystal - Your Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist

I know first-hand how you feel, because I have been in your shoes. My passion for pelvic floor therapy came from my very own journey. I absolutely adore my two beautiful girls but those pregnancies and traumatic childbirth left me with a body that seemed to never fully be able to recover. I felt embarrassed, not in control, unsatisfied with intimacy and constantly in fear of another surgery. After ending a long, toxic relationship and finally feeling free to be me, I was ready to start living my life full of passion, purpose and pleasure. Then, I had a uterine prolapse that resulted in a hysterectomy and decided that was it.

I was not going to have anything else fall out, leak out, or back up. No more surgeries, no more medications, no more worries. I was taking control of my health, my body, my mental state and truly believing what I knew at my core - “for it was You who created my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will praise You because I have been fearfully and wonderfully made”. Psalms 139:13-14. The Biblical word ‘fearfully’ when translated from Hebrew means with great reverence, heart-felt interest, and with respect. The word ‘wonderfully’ when translated from Hebrew means unique and set apart. How cool is that? I felt loved and was ready to finally love myself again.

My journey started with my own pelvic floor therapy. I was like a kid in a candy store at every visit, soaking it all in and so excited to share all this with other women - because we are NOT ALONE, nor do we have to live with this. Fast-forward to present. I am happy. I am healthy - mind, body and soul. I am blessed. I am passionate about this. I have found purpose in this. And, in case you’re curious, I now found amazing pleasure through this journey ;) Don’t settle ladies. We are more than a symptom, diagnosis, or a surgery.

Let me help you REclaim your body to feel RElief, REfreshed, REnewed, and REstored in order to live your life the fullest!

I have been an Occupational Therapist (OT) for over 10 years! I went to our local community college (VVC) for my prerequisites, then transferred to Loma Linda University, in California where I obtained by Bachelors degree and Master of Occupational Therapy. I am a Nationally Board Certified Occupational Therapist and am licensed in multiple states.

As an OT, I have worked for many years with special needs children in the schools, worked in home health, worked in telehealth and even traveled for a short contract to work the summer in Hawaii!

I found my love for pelvic health and this beautiful niche of OT during my own pelvic health journey. After many hour of continuing education and additional classes for pelvic floor therapists, traveling all over the country, I was finally ready to share my knowledge and shout from the mountain tops, “THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE OUR NORM, LADIES!” Let me help you REclaim and REstore your pelvic floor today!
